Unbelievable!

I am amazed at how easy Medifast has been for me to follow.  I am down another 3 pounds this week.  I have more energy.  I clean the house more often and I feel good about doing it.  I cook for my husband more often.  I exercise about 5 times a week.  I did yoga again yesterday for the first time in a month.  I feel great.  It has been years since I have been so serious about losing weight and this time it feels so different to me.  I really feel committed to losing the weight and keeping it off!!! 

I’m back, baby!!!!

On October 28, I recommitted to losing weight. I started using MediFast. It has been great. I have been on the plan for two weeks and I am losing weight! I’ve lost more than 10 pounds so far. I love the plan because it is so easy to follow. I am going to stick with the plan until I lose 50 pounds. I am so excited about it!!!!

weight loss is a tricky thing

this is a tough thing that we do, trying to get healthy and lose weight. i have been doing this since i was a kid. i actually remember reading a journal entry from when i was 11 years old talking about how fat i was and that i wanted to loose weight. and i wasn’t fat…no kid should feel that way…but, anyway here i am nearly 20 years later still fighting the same fight. i was doing very well my first week…i am in my second week now and i am still doing well, but i know that i am not eating nearly as many fruits and vegetables as i should. i guess i just need to fill the house with them. well, i guess all we can do is keep trying. guess it is better to be on here writing than watching tv and stuffing my face…keep up the good work all. until next time!
